Clause No.1 : Object

• The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of “Syvema” and “the Buyer” in connection with the sale of Clothing and Accessories through the Site www.syvema.com

• Any service performed by “Syvema” therefore implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

• “Syvema” reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the “Buyer”.

Clause No.2 : Clothing and Accessories

• The clothes and accessories offered by “Syvema” are artisanal creations entirely created by hand and to order in our workshop. Therefore, although we pay particular attention to reproducing each item identically, there may be some slight differences between the photo and the product ordered and received. Photos of the articles offered on the site www.syvema.com are not contractual.

• The beads and primers used to make “Syvema” creations do not contain nickel, lead and cadmium in accordance with current law.

• Any request for customization of an item or any custom creation must be exchanged by email between the “Buyer” and “Syvema”  (syvema.fr@gmail.com) in order to define the modalities of personalization and / or custom creation. Customizations of clothing involving a change of color, finishes, size do not involve additional cost.

• In the event that a customization involves too many changes compared to the initial model, “Syvema” reserves the right to establish a quote corresponding to the new personalized product desired.

• For any custom creation, we will establish a quote, after having exchanged on the desired creation. Once the quote is accepted and the order paid, the order will be made and a photo of the creation will be sent to you by email.

• Careful! Custom and personalized orders will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Clause No.3 : Price

• The prices indicated on the product sheets are in Euros and include the costs of sending letters in Letter Followed for the Metropolitan France and the DOM-TOM. For shipping costs within EU countries and internationally, see Clause No. 5 “Time & Delivery”

• In the event that the “Buyer” wishes a Colissimo shipment, the shipping costs will then be invoiced at the rate in force.

• In accordance with Article 293B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable on our products.

• “Syvema” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however, the price indicated at the time the Buyer places his order will be the price in force.

Clause No.4 : Terms of payment

The payment of orders is made :

• By credit card or PayPal – 100% Secure Payment via the STRIPE Payment platform.
• By Bank Transfer: the bank details will be sent to the buyer by email after validation of the order. The order will be processed after receipt of payment.

Clause No.5 : Deadlines & Delivery

• The lead time for the garments and accessories indicated in each product sheet is 3 working weeks, after receipt of payment. This delay is likely to vary depending on workload and seasonality.

• Delivery is made to the surname, first name and place indicated by the buyer when ordering. It is therefore important to check the full address provided at the time of purchase, in fact, “Syvema” cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any error in the contact details given by the “Buyer”.

• The shipments of the items ordered on the site www.syvema.com are made in Letter Followed by the Post and the tracking number will be sent to the customer by email. Delivery is made on average between 2 and 3 working days after shipment.

• “Syvema” can in no way be held responsible for any delay, deterioration or loss caused by the services of the Post Office.

• Shipments and deliveries in EU countries and abroad will also be made in Lettre Suivi and invoiced at the current rate applied by La Poste. It is important to note that “Syvema” can in no way be held responsible for any customs fees related to the country of destination of the order made by the “Buyer”.

Clause No.6 : Exchanges & refunds

• “Syvema” makes every effort to satisfy the “Buyer”, however, if a product ordered and received does not comply with the expectations of the “Buyer”, the latter has the right to assert his right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days (Sundays and public holidays included) following receipt of the order, in accordance with the law in force. Once this period has passed, no exchange or refund can be made.

• An exchange between “Syvema.” and “the Buyer” (email or telephone) will be necessary before any action by “Syvema” towards the “Buyer” concerning products deemed non-compliant.

• The “Buyer” must ensure that non-compliant products are returned in their original condition and packaging. In order to benefit from an exchange or refund, the clothing and accessories must not have been worn under any circumstances. Any clothing or accessories returned damaged or already worn will not be refunded or exchanged.

• The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. “Syvema” will not be able to make any exchange or refund in the event that the product concerned is damaged or lost by the services of the carrier used by the “Buyer”. In this case, the latter will have to manage the dispute directly with the carrier used.

• All personalized or custom items will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

• “Syvema” will proceed :

• • To the exchange of the products concerned within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
  • The refund of the items concerned by check payable to the order that the “Buyer” will indicate or by bank transfer to the account of the “Buyer”.
